HOW TO PURCHASE GIFT CERTIFICATES
- Click on the special order form (click here).
- Fill in your name and billing information.
- Select the amount you want the gift certificate to be issued for.
- Fill in the recipient(s) name and email address and write a message (optional).
- Choose how you want us to deliver the gift certificate (mail or email, to you or direct to recipient).
HOW TO REDEEM A GIFT CERTIFICATE:
- Shop as you normally would at the NEATitems.com web site.
- When you are ready to purchase an item, click on the "Secured Order Form". (Do not use the 'Buy Me' button.)
- Fill out the order form entirely. Be sure to include the gift certificate number. If the purchase amount is for more than the amount of the gift certificate, be sure to include credit card information. If the purchase amount is less than the amount of the gift certificate, the remaining amount will be applied towards a future purchase.
GIFT CERTIFICATE GUIDELINES
- Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates must be spent within 18 months from the date of issuance, which is the "spend by" date included on the gift certificate.
- Gift certificates must be redeemed through the NEATitems.com web site, http://www.neatitems.com.
- Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates.
- Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
- Gift certificates are not transferable.
- Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable. The original expiration date will apply to any unused balance.
- If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.
- Gift certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
- NEATitems.com is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
