Domestic Shipping
Most orders are shipped the following business day after they are received. You should get an automatic email confirmation after placing your order and then another email from our shipping department letting you know when it will be shipped. Please keep in mind the days for transit are business days so weekends and holidays don't count.
All shipments to residential addresses do not require signatures to be delivered. Please make sure the address you specify is secure if a package is left while no one is home. Home based businesses are considered residential. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shown as delivered.
There is a $5.00 charge for any addresses changes made after an order has shipped via FedEx.
Packages shipped via USPS to an incorrect address will be charged the shipping charges for sending again.
The following items are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. Most of the time they will ship within 3 business days. The delivery map below does not apply as they will ship from various locations. (Worm Factory, Cedar Furniture)
Cedar furniture is all custom made to order. Most orders are shipped within 2 - 4 weeks.
FedEx Home & Ground Delivery
Used for most shipments weighing over 2 lbs going to an address in the continental U.S. FedEx Home is for residential deliveries and FedEx Ground is for business site deliveries. FedEx Home Delivery web site. FedEx Ground web site.

Please note:
For FedEx Ground, a business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Example: You ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive. You do not count the day you ship as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date.

FedEx Express
For faster delivery, choose one of the FedEx Express delivery services when placing your order. You will get the total shipping charge on our shopping cart before submitting your order. Orders must be received by us before noon, Mountain Time Zone, for same day shipping.

USPS - First Class Mail
On small packages up to 13 ounces, we normally use First Class Mail. Normal delivery time is 3 - 7 days.
USPS - Priority Mail
Normally used for packages weighing more than 13 ounces, but less than 2 pounds. Normal delivery time is 2 - 4 days. We also use Priority Mail on most orders to AK and HI.
International Shipping
Sorry, we do not ship any orders to non-U.S. addresses.
