The handle angle is easily adjusted up and down plus the Euro 5" RainShower Shower Head has a swivel ball joint (no ball joint on the 3" size) for even more adjustment. Comes with a 200cm vinyl hose in white, white & gold, or gold; or a 150cm brass hose in gold or brushed nickel; or a 200cm stainless steel hose. Click on pictures to enlarge.
Choose the all brass fitting you like, the peg & elbow (above left photo) or the conical hose fitting (above right photo). Fits standard 1/2" thread. All fittings are hand tightened. No tools used to install. (You may need a wrench to take off your old shower head, see installation page.) Or if you don't have a shower pipe, simply purchase a new diverter tub spout and a wall peg (requires a drill and a screwdriver to install) and elbow.
