The teak decks on No Worries do not have much thickness. We really were considering pulling them off and putting down a non-skid and paint, but decided to go ahead and have them refinished. Here are the 'before' photos.

We hired a couple to do the job for us. It was a lot of work and they did a good job. First they had to dig out all the old chaulking.

Next, tape off the entire deck.

Then fill all the grooves, smooth the new polysulfide and pull up the tape before it sets.

After the polysulfide sets up, the decks have to be sanded.

The decks look beautiful.

Most of the bungs need to be replaced. I did this myself in the following year.

We attempt to keep them looking that way and find a product called Teak Gard. In the beginning we were really happy with the product. Too bad it didn't live up to it's claims.
