Shipping
We pay regular ground shipping charges via USPS or FedEx Ground (our option) on retail orders of $24.95 or more placed through our web site and shipped to an address within the U.S. Orders totaling less than $24.95 will be charged a $2.95 handling fee. Restrictions apply.*
There is a $10.00 charge for any addresses changes made after an order has shipped via FedEx. Packages shipped via USPS to an incorrect address will not be credited unless returned to our warehouse and will be charged the shipping charges for sending again.
All shipments made to a residential address will be left without a signature required. It is your responsibility to make sure the shipping address you provide us is secure for packages left when no one is home. Please note: home based businesses are considered to be residential deliveries. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been shown as delivered.
Free shipping only applies to orders for non-returned merchandise. If you decide to return non-defective merchandise (see our return policy), shipping charges that we previously paid to ship your order will be deducted from the credit we issue you.
Below are the approximate shipping charges we pay:
USPS First Class: $.44 - $3.26
USPS Priority: $4.95 - $13.95 (Not including HI or AK)
Fed Ex Ground: $8.95 and up
Shipping charges for expedited services are not refundable.
Most orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail within 48 hours of receipt. You will be notified of any delays in shipping when you receive confirmation of your order.
FedEx Overnight, 2 Day and 3 Day service is also available at additional cost.
Free shipping does not apply to wholesale orders.
We do not ship orders to International addresses.
On Fed Ex Ground deliveries, should you not receive your order within 10 business days from the day you placed your order, contact us immediately. We will need to file a claim with Fed Ex within 15 days of delivery. Absolutely no shipping claims can be made after the 15 day limit is up.
*Free shipping not available on some pieces of Cedar Outdoor Furniture. We cannot ship Cedar Furniture or Wonder Wheeler orders to Alaska, Hawaii or APO addresses.
